Timesheet creation & billing - interacts with QuickBooks

Have Staff in your company record there own time sheets. Save time and money by removing the need for the middle man to organise timesheets. After the timesheets have been entered generate a report to clearly see who did what and when. Assign time to different elements including Client, Project and Task.

Zulu provides the ability to enter time sheets on-site and off-site. Anywhere there is an internet connection and a web browser your users, staff and contractors will be able to provide you with information regarding their projects and tasks.

Time sheet entries that are entered against a project or task can also be linked into the Zulu invoicing system to enable you to automatically generate client invoices. This means the cost centre budgets can be maintained and enables the user or project manager to track the time spent on a particular project or task.

3rd Party Software Integration

Time sheets can be easily sent to third party software such as QuickBooks. In the QuickBooks example you will be able to allocate time from a Staff member directly with there Employee Centre record within QuickBooks, allowing for accurate Payroll Development and Customer Invoicing (if not done in Zulu).

For technical users: Using qbXML and the QuickBooks Web Connector we send Employee and Timesheet data from Zulu to QuickBooks using a PHP SOAP Web Service.
