QuickBooks interface via Web Connector
The purpose of the connection between the Zulu IES and QuickBooks system is for complete synchronicity. This is so that all data in your QuickBooks system is available to your business in an Intranet and Extranet environment. Also the data in your Zulu IES will be available to QuickBooks for relative tasks including invoicing.
Zulu IES interacts with the following QuickBooks products:
- QuickBooks Plus 2009/2010
- QuickBooks Pro 2009/2010
- QuickBooks Premier 2009/2010
- QuickBooks Enterprise 2009/2010
Integration of Zulu IES with your QuickBooks database is simple - a minimum configuration of Windows XP, Windows versions Apache, PHP, MySQL, Zend Optimiser and licensed version of QuickBooks software is required. Integration is facilitated via the Zulu QuickBooks Certified Web Connector which you install on your local drive.
Effective QuickBooks Item creation in line with your accounting system and all interfaced with your accounting system.
Chart of accounts allocation is also an available function directly interfaced with QuickBooks. Chart of Accounts Management allows the user to manage accounts relevant to the business. The chart of accounts can be a stand alone module or is tightly integrated with the 3rd party accounting software. These accounts form the basis for documenting every Company expenditure or income by account type.
Item Synchronization
One issue that we have experienced with a number of companies in relation to QuickBooks is that the item management system can be slow and difficult to find relevant items. It is the aim of the Zulu IES to provide an easy and effective way to manage your items and then resource them in QuickBooks when needed.
The features here include:-
- Choice of Items to Synchronise.
- The UPDATE of data in either system will reflect in its counterpart.
- In Zulu IES the ability to link with an account in the QuickBooks system.
- In Zulu IES the ability to link tax code and item measurements in QuickBooks.
- Fast searching and use of Items in Zulu IES.
- The potential to use these items in an eCommerce Online Shopping Facility.
