The Cost Centre Management page enables the user to control budgets against a cost centre. The budgets might be linked to associated projects or tasks so that when a cost centre timesheet entry is entered into the system the budget information can be automatically updated:
Cost centres are allocated to a monthly expense budget for the project or internal operation. This allows you to efficiently manage budgets for cost centres billable to clients and also accurately account for tax deductible Research and Development grants. It also allows you to customise the cost centre allocation specifically to the business requirements. Reports are accessible, making it easy to review the months cost centres, budgets, amounts invoiced, current expenses and profitability.
Task manager is fully integrated with CRM, Timesheets Module and Project Manager.
