System Overview
The e-Commerce system has been developed to simplify the tedious task of setting up and controlling an online shop or service. The workflow has been created with the goal of being quick and easy to use while having full control with whatever is displayed on the page.
The e-Commerce system interacts with the Zulu IES System by:
- Adding the customer to the CRM for further follow up and e News integration.
- Adding the invoice to the invoicing system (which can then be syncronised to third party software).
- Managing and controlling role based security access to the e-Commerce module.
- File system management.
- Page management system.
- Using secure protocol (SSL) for all data transfers, allowing online payment gateways and secure data transfers.

The e-Commerce system has no limitations on the number of uploads of categories and sub-categories, giving greater control over how you sort your products and services. The product supports a range of default items (which you can extent) including:

The specials can be included anywhere on the website to draw attention to the products that have the special associated with them.
Vouchers and redemption coupons are also built into the system with easy to use administration and user friendly use. The vouchers and coupons can be created by yourself and sold as a regular product on the website.
