At Zulu Software we want to create an environment of trust and peace of mind for our users. We provide many services and are contactable for information in order to help you have a good Zulu experience. From this we provide a variety of methods for you to obtain the information that you need including a Help Centre in Zulu and an Online Support ticketing System.
The Help Centre is updated regularly providing an up to date online tutorial with information pertaining to all elements of the Zulu System. The help centre is easy to use and intuitive so you won't need a tutorial on how to use the tutorial. On each page of Zulu there is a Help button that directly links you to the help centre page that is relevant to the current page. New users to the Zulu system can be simply shown the tutorial to help them get an understanding of the different aspects of the system.
On top of these services we provide 1 on 1 training with a customer service representative via Web Link or Telephone.
