Notice board and messaging

The Notice Board, Forum Inbox and 'while you were out' Message modules let you quickly see any new items needing your attention.

Notice Board

The notice board is a great way to get notices to all staff, two of the most recent notice board messages are displayed on the home page, showing the notice board date, a short blurb and optionally an image to grab staff attention. Staff can then click on the notice board message to read the full notice.

Forum Inbox

Zulu has a fairly extensive forums system, that is integrated into Projects, Tasks and Forums. When a new forum post is created the poster can choose who get's notified, those selected will see the number increase in their Forum Inbox section on the home page.

Completed Tasks

Managers will also see a Completed Tasks option in 'Your Messages', which displays tasks other users have marked as complete. Managers can then decide to Confirm it, thus removing it from the Completed Tasks list, or Reinstate it, causing it to reappear on staff and contractors Tasks list.
