Meeting directory/software log depository

The Meeting Minutes Directory page provides a convenient mechanism for recording minutes of meetings. Discussion topics and actions are easily recorded and meeting attendees can be sent notifications for the next meeting which will automatically UPDATE the user's appointments view.

The Software Log Module provides a company with the means to track product releases, changes to client status (i.e. deployment of software upgrade) or to maintain a log of internal IT infrastructure: Simply track the version of software that is installed at a particular client site. This data can be used to increase revenues and highlight sales opportunities where a client is not using the latest software. It can also be used to identify where internal IT infrastructure needs upgrading or for storing warranties, licenses and service agreements associated with a product or software.
