Invoicing

Zulu IES has the ability to export invoice information to QuickBooks. As an example :

• You have just completed a project and you wish to invoice the customer for the total number of hours that have been performed over numerous tasks with different costs codes:
  • Zulu IES will automatically source and sort the information and then send it to QuickBooks.
  • The invoice will be complete and ready in QuickBooks ready for review and sending to the customer.
• Invoicing can be done directly in conjunction with the Project Manager or invoiced separately and integrated with QuickBooks.
• Invoices can be generated for clients from the invoices page or in the case of customised e-Commerce solutions, by the website front end. The invoicing system is tightly integrated with the timesheet module so that billable work entered as a timesheet is easily referred to in the invoice.
• The Zulu invoice system enables the user to add time sheet reports to invoices for consultancy, services and other billable time. This means the cost centre budgets can be maintained and enables the user or project manager to track the time spent on a particular project or task.
