Forum Messaging

Communication on activities is key, that is why all Project and Tasks have their own Forum for messaging. This allows collaborating users to participate in the information that forms a Task or a Project without the need to for the user to edit or change them. Additionally there is a stand alone forum that can act as a general source of information and discussion with the company.

There can be multiple forum threads per each project or task, providing a great place to store details, TODOs, future improvements etc. These can be viewed by everyone with access to that Project, so it's a great tool for communication between external staff/contractors and internal staff.
