Integrated Office Suite (ZIOS)

Zulu Integrated Office Suite (ZIOS) creates a communication experience between Zulu and the users Desktop via a secure connection using their Zulu credentials. ZIOS is a tool designed to be used within an office environment to aid in the communication between staff and team members.

Features

Staff are notified when a new task is assigned to them.
Staff can view tasks already assigned to them without having a Web Browser open.
Staff are notified when they receive a forum message, they are then able to view this forum message without the necessity of logging in through a Web Browser.
Communication between the office via private messages. Private messages can be sent via ZIOS and viewed in both ZIOS and Zulu.
Synchronisation with Microsoft Office Outlook
- Allows for Complete dump of Zulu contacts to the users Outlook contacts list.
- Synchronise client details between Zulu and Outlook Contact List. Ensures that the data in any system you use is up to date and can be accessed by any one else. Additionally you can privatise your Outlook Contact so they are not synced with the the Zulu system.
- Synchronize tasks between Zulu and Outlook.
- Synchronize appointments between Zulu and Outlook.
