User Control

Everyone can use the User Control Panel (UCP) to change their own Contact/Location details, upload an avatar for use in forums within Zulu and download Zulu applications like ZIOS and ProKB. The UCP allows the user to change their setting without giving them access to modules such as the CRM.

System Control

Take control of your system with the ability to change settings related to your Zulu system whenever you need. Administrators can access a wider range of system settings to manage Forum Categories, Zulu Configuration settings, manage Groups and View/Edit Permissions, activate/deactivate Zulu modules and create/edit Email accounts.

Via the Zulu Configuration settings you are able to control elements of your system, for example you are able to change controlling email address at any time or change how many hours your staff work in a day.

Module Management provides the ability to control what elements of Zulu you need. For example, if there is no need for a forum, simple deactivate the forum and it will be removed from the System. It is always able to be activated at a later date with all the original data. 

Control access to the Forum by creating, editing and setting the permissions for any category.

Additionally access to Email control can be setup to allow you to manage your own email. With this option you will be able to setup your own email accounts and email forwarders at any time without the need to submit a support ticket with us.
