Their customer base extends from Australian to overseas countries comprising a wide demographic and customer ages from the young to the elderly. Their business is entirely web based and via the internet, they offer their products for sale and conduct catalogue sales and e- newsletter marketing campaigns.

User Interface The brief was to provide a user friendly website interface for purchasers to quickly and efficiently search for product, purchase, gift wrap/card and dispatch to delivery address. Also offering accessible and relevant product information, companion up selling with a focus on encouraging and retaining repeat business.

Interface The brief was to provide the company with a comprehensive and automated system that allowed for:
1. Administer the entire e commerce operations of the website, online ordering system, storage, back up and communications within the Zulu IES system.
2. The QuickBooks® interface and Stock Inventory Control Module allows for the
o Live export of sales and invoicing from website to Zulu IES.
o Live UPDATE of customer CRM information.
o Live UPDATE of inventory levels and new products status.
o Stock flagged/in stock/out of stock indicators.
o Stock Inventory Modules allows for easy importation of databases – en-mass upload of product information and images.
