The Requirement:              To administer and manage all internal clinic processes and procedures electronically with the ability to make available all relevant up to date information to company employees from internal and/or remote locations:
 
In addition to this requirements were:
 
·          A crisp clean professional intranet/extranet interface with simple navigation and processes.
·          Integral daily back up procedures where required
·          To empower staff to make updates to the website whenever necessary
·          Promote ongoing communications that are consistently recorded with the relevant client file or project file
·          An archival history of all working processes in the business
·          The necessity to only have records added to the system once. i.e. CRM entries are then synchronised with QuickBooks and retain the integrity of the company database.
·          Required an extranet ready facility to allow contract companies and clients to access relevant data and records.
·          The system allowed for flexible working arrangements for management and also allowed staff 24/7 access to relevant information for support and servicing corporate clients.
·          Address the corporate aspects of security and privacy of the company’s IP and Proprietary Information loss. Team members were provided appropriate levels of information access and security authorisations, according to role and position. 
·          To enhance efficiency and improve productivity with the supply of information to support each job function in context and to all locations in real time. 
·          Improving productivity by accessing a single central repository of data. Vital company information readily available and accessed through a simple user friendly interface, both historical and in real time as new information is created.
