Business Model:                This enterprise is one of Australia’s largest manufacturers & suppliers of shade sails, shade structures and giant umbrellas solutions. Their custom built manufacturing facility is located on the Gold Coast in Queensland and provides high quality products that are distributed and installed in Australia and New Zealand by a network of experienced and qualified Authorised Agents.
The Requirements:            The client  required a robust website solution that could be easily and cost effectively replicated for their agents and also kept up to date by a global content management system. They also required a business administration and project/product booking system and Zulu IES was integrated into their production department to take over all manual tasks between the office administration and factory floor.
 
·          The website focus was at the wholesale level. A crisp clean and professional design.
·          Navigation and product categories to appear in a clear and concise manner.
·          Simple replication of the website that could be rebadged to suit each Agents individual requirements but still maintain all the latest, up to date product information.
 
Coy Admin Interface:
                             
The brief was to provide the company with a comprehensive and automated system that allowed for:
 
o         The administrator to establish and record all product orders/projects received by fax or phone
o         Upload CAD designs and other relevant product or related project information
o         Provide ongoing status control updates of current orders
o         Provide a working history of client communications and product/project orders
o         By making product orders or establishing a projects triggers a series of automated email responses to the customer/agent and internal staff regarding status and expected despatch and delivery time frames.
o         Extranet activity between agents and administration to allow global sharing of integral Agent information and imagery
o         Administer the entire database operations of the website, wholesale ordering system, storage, back up and communications within the Zulu IES system.
o         The system also allows for e News marketing.
